Permaculture Farming

I have a project I’m working on in Northern Luzon near Tuguegarao and need a worker or two for a pilot Permaculture/Agroforestry/Homsteading project

What is the best online site for advertising? I know sulit.com.ph and craigslist.com but wondering if there area any better sites.

Second: My family of course wants me to hire relatives but I’d rather get someone better qualified or at least interested in the project instead of just interested in money.

Third: Assuming I find someone, what is a reasonable wage for someone who will have to relocate, work at a pretty demanding job, and have high school or university education. I know minimum wage in the area is P200/day but I doubt I’d ever find someone decent for that… so ideas out there?
